About Peer-Review
1. The Journal implements a policy of rapid publication of high-quality research results, while maintaining rigorous, but benevolent peer-review. Manuscripts (except those that are of insufficient quality or not competitive enough for publication) will be peer-reviewed by specialists in the corresponding area. If due to special circumstances, the process of peer-review takes a long time, authors will be informed by e-mail. Priority in reviewing and publication belongs to manuscripts containing significant results.
2. Possible decisions on a manuscript are:
accepted as it is;
accepted after minor revision;
accepted after major revision;
rejected.
If minor revision is required, authors should return a revised version within 15 days. If major revision is required, authors should return the manuscript within 30 days.
