«Industrial and Civil Engineering» Journal is the oldest Russian engineering-technical and scientific-educational journal which has been published since 1923, ISSN 0869-7019.
Goals and objectives of the journal
throw light upon modern achievements of the science and technology, research studies carried out in Russia;
promoting the best Russian and international practice in the field of developing the strategy of innovative progress;
creating a professional platform for discussing trends and policies in the sphere of the science, technologies and innovations in architecture, industrial and civil engineering;
active support of economic, social and legal transformations in Russia, particularly in such important fields as introduction of environmentally-friendly technologies in building production, rise of energy-resource saving in construction;
all possible assistance in training of highly qualified personnel at the university level, as well as through post-graduate study, doctoral studies and the system of qualification improvement and professional retraining.
The main task for today - facilitation of the revival of the Russian academic school and increasing the prestige of the scientist and civil engineer.

The Journal is distributed by subscription in Russia, the countries of near and far abroad, and indexed in the data base on the elibrary.ru platform.
