Abstract. Two simulation models, "Model of Complex Development by Independent Developers" and "Model of Complex Development by an Investor", having a general functional kernel connected with the simulation implementation of the business process of shared construction, have been developed. Models have been defined and formulated: logical schemes of the functioning of the system, input and output parameters have been described, adequacies have been defined using the Fishman-Kiwia Criterion.

- Automated System of Calculation of an Industrial Building for Crane and Seismic Loads

Abstract. The proposed software tool makes it possible to automate, on the basis of probabilistic methods, the calculation of values: the conditional and full seismic risk, coefficients of the system dynamism, the total dispersion, the effective period, the average number of emissions for the estimated period. Implementation of these algorithms allows to obtain results for each particular object using the classical methods of the probability theory, statistics and reliability theory, and analyze the operation of the building under the influence of both static and dynamic loads.

Abstract. The present level of stresses on aquatic ecosystems is determined by the rates of water consumption and wastewater disposal. The article presents a qualitative analysis of quantitative characteristics of regional features of water consumption and wastewater disposal in southern areas of the Lower Volga on the example of the Astrakhan Region and makes recommendations on the rational use of water resources.

Abstract. The algorithm of the analytical solution of the inverse problem for the case of plane-parallel operation of the industrial building's coverage, as well as its program realization are offered. Having this tool and experimental data on the displacements at the nodal points of the frame in several time intervals, it is possible to track the changes in the stiffness characteristics of the buildings in the 90% of cases, to make a prognosis of its resistance to external and internal influences after a specific period of operation of the object on the basis of derived regression dependences.

Abstract. Methods and algorithm of the accounting of additional stresses in reinforcement caused by concrete creep and change of its instantaneous elastic modulus, and also operation non-linearity of concrete are proposed. The program with the introduced time factor taking into account both the specified events and the sequence of erection of a monolithic frame has been developed. Examples of determination of efforts and stresses in bearing elements of real buildings are considered.

Abstract. A possibility of obtaining the oxidized bitumen on the basis of tar of Astrakhan high paraffinaceous gas condensate is considered. It is shown that the preparation of bitumen raw materials on the basis of tar and additives - oil residues of various productions of the Ufa oil refineries - makes it possible to improve qualitatively the physical and chemical properties of the oxidized bitumen. Results of the study can be used for production of bitumen road brands.

Abstract. Lack or unconformity of the microclimate conditions in office buildings and individual residential houses for a comfortable stay in it is quite common. An example of the study of a cottage house, which walls are made of polystyrene foam according to the "warm house" technology as well as engineering equipment ensuring the home-heating - alternative energy sources are presented. This article presents the study of the dynamics of dissipation of heat flows in such houses, which will help to create comfortable and friendly areas for a comfortable stay of people in premises.

- Mathematical Aspects of Hydrodynamics of Tubular Membrane Devices

Abstract. The article describes mathematically the hydrodynamic characteristics of flow in the tubular membrane devices. It is established that the density of droplets distribution in a stream of liquid affects the balance of fluid flow under certain boundary conditions; the option of optimizing the hydrodynamic model by creating a pulsating flow of fluid in the membrane device is offered.

Abstract. Basic species of higher vegetation used in the biological treatment in Russia and abroad are considered. An effective representative of higher aquatic vegetation, a water hyacinth, wide-spread in South Europe, America and countries of Africa and being in the stage of investigation in arid zones of Russia has been defined as a result of comparative analysis of properties of vegetation.

- New Requirements for Sheet Piles as a Material for Bearing Steel Structures of Buildings and Facilities

Abstract. Operation properties of sheet piles of increased strength supplied for construction needs are considered. Studies show that the chemical composition of a metal and methods of its manufacture at "Arcelot Mittal" and "Thyssån Krupp" factories make it possible to use sheet piles for construction of objects of 25-100 year durability, for example for underground garages.

Abstract. The computing system "Stalkon" for static analysis and verification of the bearing capacity of steel lattice structures with due regard for normative requirements is presented. The system has been developed at the Metal Structures Department of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. An example of design of a rectilinear post with a hinged immovable bottom end and a hinged movable upper end is presented.

Abstract. A model for selection of the strategy of recovery work execution is proposed. Special conditions influencing on the selection of strategy, peculiarities of the organization structure for organization and management, and also factors complicating the execution of recovery work are described. The enlarged scheme of the model for making the prediction for an estimated period is presented.

Abstract. A conceptual model of an investment building project (IBP) as a system which transforms and generates resources is presented; conditions of the stability of the system are formulated; the area of stable work of IBP in the phase field of variables is determined. The main principles of saving the stable functioning of IBP depending on negative impacts in the external environment are formulated on the basis of the conceptual resource model.

- Numeric Simulation To Reduce Settlements And Tilts Of Structures By Subsoil Grouting

Abstract. There has been carried out parametric analysis of settlements and tilts of structures on soil bases with the account of soil failure zones under footing edges and of soil statistical heterogeneity. The analysis showed that subsoil grouting reduces settlements and tilts. The tilts are essentially reduced if the grouting zone lateral dimensions exceed those of the footing.
