The methodology and results of the study of kinetics of stresses-deformed state of material in the crack’s apex at alternating cyclic loading are presented. Regularities of the formation of residual compressive stresses of cyclic plastic deformations in the vicinity of the apex of the crack at the asymmetry cycle factor from –6 to 0 have been experimentally obtained.

Methods of statistical forecasting of deflections of a monolithic floor slab during the use of the building according to the results of measurements of deflections in the course of assembling a building’s frame are proposed. Methods are based on nonlinear modeling of regression for evaluation of strength properties of concrete and deformation characteristics of the slab.

The necessity of improvement of methods of forecasting nature-anthropogenic accidents connected with flooding and inundation, and damage minimization is underlined. A method of estimation of parameters of accidents is presented. A technique of classification of the emergency situations investigated (flooding, inundation of the built up territories) according to the character of empirical distribution of random variables characterizing occurrence of dangerous events, and also definitions of possible measures on their prevention are presented.

The investigations show that the joint introduction of ash-slag material and salt waste after the secondary treatment of aluminum containing slag and scrap makes it possible to produce ceramic brick of M150 mark with frost resistance exceeding 30 cycles of alternating freezing and defrosting.

The laying of pipelines of engineering networks and main transport is rated as exceptionally complicated, resources intensive and labor intensive works. Ecotechnically safe technique of pipeline laying proposed provides for plasma underground burning of soil with formation of a «ceramic» pipeline. The unit of machines is offered; spheres of use of such pipelines are established.

The article covers the issues of hydro-geological modelling and assessment of influence of construction of underground and deepened structures in Moscow on hydro-geological conditions.
It is noticed, that the level of ground waters in Moscow is generally located at a depth of the first meters from the earth surface, but the depth of structures designed frequently exceeds 15–20 m (as a rule, 3–4 underground levels). Under these conditions, underground structures, partially or completely blocking aquifers, are barriers to filtration of ground waters.

An innovative method of shallow laying of engineering tube networks, favoring the natural environment preservation, suitable for a wide range of soil-climatic conditions and economy branches – fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services, road and transport construction is presented. This method excludes earth excavation at networks laying and their subsequent repair, route welding and lifting-lowering of long-length pipe sections, allows to control the soil base near the pipes. On the example of this method, an order of preparation of a patent application and protection of objects of intellectual property is recommended.
