Abstract. The issues of effective use of land plots in large cities are extremely important and relevant. In Moscow, integrated territorial development is currently a fast and effective mechanism for the renewal and development of industrial zones and abandoned land plots. The article reflects the problems that industrial enterprises face when entering the zone of integrated territorial development, as well as the support measures offered by the Moscow government. Approaches to minimizing the risks of inefficient use of land are presented, such as rating the production potential of developers applying for land at a discounted rental rate; improving the mechanism for providing land through auctions for the right to conclude agreements on the implementation of large-scale industrial investment projects involving ready-made urban planning solutions. The main recommendations aimed at improving the investment climate and increasing the efficiency of using land resources for production have been formed.
Keywords: efficient use of land, integrated development of territories, relocation of production, rating assessment of the production potential of developers, auctions for the right to conclude agreements on the implementation of large-scale investment projects, standard project documentation
