Abstract. The unique facade shell of the Evolution Tower in the Moscow City business center, which was implemented thanks to fruitful cooperation between the customer, architects, designers and engineers, is considered. The architectural concept of the structure and its design features are presented. The structural solutions of the facade shell, including modular panels and modules with ventilation grilles, are shown in detail. In addition, the choice of the type and technology of glazing of the object is justified, as well as the results of testing the model in a wind tunnel and full-size facade samples for air and water permeability are presented.
Keywords: "Evolution" Tower, facade shell, facade translucent structure, modular design, installation technology, cold-bent glass, aerodynamic testing of the model, testing of the facade sample for air and water permeability
