Abstract. Long-term operation has shown the disadvantages of steel pipelines - the high cost and labor intensity of construction. The accident rate of oil pipelines due to corrosion causes catastrophic consequences for nature. The question is, is it possible to build a seamless pipeline that is not subject to corrosion? For polymer pipelines, this issue has been partially resolved, but only by construction segments. The paper considers the concept of a mobile complex for continuous extrusion of large diameter pipes in the field. The complex should produce an "infinite" pipe, cool and reinforce it with high-strength tape and put it in a trench. All the equipment of the complex is placed on wheeled platforms, which are pulled by a tractor at a speed equal to the pipe extrusion speed. To create a mobile complex, it is necessary to reduce the mass of the extruder, increase its productivity, ensure the operation of the cooling system, etc. Already existing extruders make it possible to develop a complex for the production of up to 50 km per month of "endless" pipe in the field. With external reinforcement with high-strength tape, the polymer pipeline will be able to operate at a pressure of up to 10 MPa.
Key words: seamless polymer pipeline, corrosion, mobile complex, extruders, external reinforcement with high-strength tape.
