Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the experience of using automated monitoring stations at unique construction sites. The normative base and technical solutions of systems for monitoring the technical condition of unique buildings and structures are analyzed. The results of the features of the use of monitoring stations for the technical condition of high-rise buildings and buildings with long-span structures are presented. It is noted that methods based on the analysis of transfer functions of various parts of the building are used to monitor the condition of high-rise objects. It is established that the methods of monitoring the stress-strain state of large-span structures of buildings should make it possible to compare the current values with those previously obtained by the corresponding controlled parameter of a specific building structure, and also with values calculated using mathematical modeling for various cases of loading of a building structure, characterizing its maximum design load-bearing capacity. The features of monitoring stations for unique buildings built in seismic areas of the country are given. The methodology of designing such stations, domestic hardware and software for modern monitoring stations of the technical condition of unique buildings and structures are presented.
