Abstract. The article presents the results of research carried out in the framework of scientific and technical support when installing monolithic iron-concrete slab foundations of various thicknesses on weak and highly compressible water-saturated clay and sandy soils. Various technologies of the construction of artificial bases for plate reinforced concrete foundations of 17-storey panel buildings are considered. A method for calculating the maximum permissible cooling rate of concrete of massive monolithic structures, which ensures their crack resistance, is presented. The method is based on the calculation of the extremely high heat transfer coefficient, which makes it possible, on the one hand, to form temperature stresses on the surface of the cooling concrete as high as possible, but not exceeding the possibility of concrete stretching, on the other-to minimize the duration of the cooling period. Some practical methods of approximate determination of a number of calculated technological parameters of cooling directly on the construction site during еру temperature control are proposed.
Key words: monolithic reinforced concrete slab foundations, panel buildings, water-saturated soils, maximum permissible cooling rate of concrete. - REFERENCES
