    Abstract. The problems of using various types of modern combined cable systems "Tensegrity" are considered, the main concepts are given and the main provisions of their design are summarized. The use of such a system makes it possible to save materials, reduce construction time, and reduce the labor intensity and cost of their construction. New variants of "Tensegrity" coatings on a rectangular plan, designed to eliminate the disadvantages inherent in these systems as much, as possible are proposed and investigated. Numerical studies of the system for various combinations of loads are carried out, and the high rigidity of the proposed system is revealed. On the basis of multivariate analysis, the most appropriate design scheme was determined. Constructive solutions and main units of the coating for the proposed version of the "Tensegrity" system have been developed.
