    Abstract. Authors put forward and substantiate the idea of individual garages transposition from railway sanitary protection zones into short-span house-bridges over the railroads. The importance of construction of facilities with a parking function is due to the need to reorganize the near-railroad areas, the possibility to locate the objects with reduced requirements for sound and vibro-insulation over the railway tracks. There is no need for lasting railroad traffic break during the construction of the house bridges. Short-span house bridges are the most suitable for the arrangement of parking complexes. The article deals with a concept of a new type of multi-level car parking placed in short-span house-bridges. Different combinations of parking and storage functions in one space are offered. Recommendations on rational accommodation of different parking systems, storage areas and additional compartments for public services in house-bridges depending on urban-planning and social demands for every specific project are made. The fulfilled analysis results in the conclusion of environment protection opportunities due to the territory release from garages, increase in green sanitary-protection zones and noise protection improvement of the residential development.
