    Abstract. On the basis of system engineering construction in the article was described the original formal approach to the formulation and solution of the problem of constructing numerical representations of quality parameters living and working environment, safe and effective against Nature and Man, a satisfactory paradigm calculating IQ buildings (Building Intelligence Quotient (BIQ)). In addition, the author offers a formal statement of the problem, describes the foundations of mathematics processes, events and states, a method of constructing procedures describing the processes of technological dependency of the object.

  • Research Results of Bearing Capacity of a Rod-Guy Garland and Forms of Shells on Its Base

    Abstract. Results of the test of a rod-gay module are analyzed: its low bearing capacity is revealed. The character of structure destruction as a result of chipping the wooden bricks and decreasing the tension of guy cables is shown. The ways to improve the bearing capacity of the module due to the transition to the model of the 2-hinge arch, introduction of elastic rubber connectors between bricks and also the replacement of a glass-fibre plastic ridge ring by a metal one.

    Abstract. Shortcomings of suspended ventilated facades are analyzed. A new structural conception of the system of suspended ventilated facade with composite material facing is proposed. A distinguishing feature of such structure is scarf joint connections of fastening elements of facing cassettes with holes in boards for ventilation of facade.

  • Study of Influence of an Organo-Mineral Additive on Operating Abilities of Fine Grained Concrete

    Abstract. The paper considers the improvement of maintenance characteristics of fine grained concretes through the use of the MGT-A complex water-repellent organo-mineral additive made of technical lignosulfonates, vat residues of synthetic fatty acids, an organic hardening accelerant and dispersed mineral additives. The additive composition was formulated, and its optimal dosage was determined with the use of mathematical methods of processing of experimental data. The influence of the developed additive on the rheological properties of cement pastes as well as on the hydro-physical, physical and mechanical properties of modified fine aggregate concrete has been studied. The use of the aforesaid additive makes it possible to obtain the fine aggregate concrete with improved maintenance properties, i.e. compressive strength of up to 65 MPa, bending strength of up to 6,82 MPa, fracture toughness value of 5,2 N/mm, fatigue strength factor of 0,06 and W16 water-tightness mark.

  • Development of a Stiffness Matrix of Quadrangle Finite Element for Calculation of Membrane Systems

    Abstract. Membrane systems is one of prospective ways of development of spatial structures. A stiffness matrix of the membrane element with accounting for the degree of freedom in the direction of the angle of rotation in the plane of the element has been developed. The matrix was realized with the help of the computer complex STK at the Department of Metal Structures of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. The test calculations have confirmed the workability of this matrix.

    Abstract. Approaches to the solution of the problem of assessing the reliability of buildings and constructions with the system of active seismic protection are proposed. A monolithic reinforced concrete building with the use of such system in the form of rubber-steel supports is selected as an example. Basic methods of obtaining the deterministic decision are considered; laws of distribution of reference values which is reasonable to accept as random quantities are specified.

    Abstract. Methods for modeling accelerograms of earthquakes in the form of realizations of a non-stationary random process are presented. The shaping filter method for generating the stationary part of accelerogram is considered.Technique for generating accelerograms of earthquakes with a given probability for buildings and structures with the most unfavorable spectral composition is proposed.

Reasonableness of the development of various "reference years" for different goals is that with increasing number of parameters involved in the "reference year" the approach of each particular parameter to its representative values for the long term period worsens. The proposed file format and sequence of information pursue continuity with the existing "reference years" developed abroad and used in existing calculation programs using the "reference year".

  • Simulation of Fibre Emission from Mineral Wool of Suspended FaCade System with a Ventilated Interlayer

    Abstract. Mathematical simulation of fibre emission from mineral wool under the action of an air flow in the ventilated air interlayer of the facade with due regard for turbulent pulsation is carried out. Experimental study for defining the amount of fibre emission is conducted. The fibre emission equation obtained makes it possible to calculate the total emission during the planned time of operation of the facade.

Bridge-buildings represent a new type of constructions in the structure of a large city which can help to solve transport problems as well as to give necessary useful areas to the city under conditions of dense development. The investment attractiveness aspects and economic evaluation of their use are considered.

    Abstract. Issues of the risk management in geotechnical construction are covered. The author classification of risks at all stages of construction and dividing them into six interrelated components are proposed. The use of classification and components of geotechnical risk proposed, identification and risk mapping make it possible to qualitatively and quantitatively assess the relevant components acceptability and non-acceptability of each of them using methods of expert evaluations as well as to create the risk management plan at the given stage of construction.

    Abstract. The paradigm of real estate reproduction on the basis of innovation and technological development of the region in the course of reconstruction, modernization and capital construction is considered. With the growth of the size of projects, the public production including the enterprises of construction industry should take over ensuring the necessary quality of the environment. It is necessary to form a paradigm of real estate reproduction, residential in the first place, on the basis of ecologization, energy and resource saving technologies as well as innovative-technological development in the course of reconstruction, modernization and capital construction. The qualitative growth of resource efficiency, organization and technology of construction can be ensured only with systematic and purposeful introduction of innovations aimed at energy and resource saving. For this purpose the organizational model of expanded reproduction of residential property which is based on the regional innovative potential and development of competitive territorial-reproduction economic systems in respect to the construction industry is proposed.

    Abstract. Results of the practical study of porosity nature of samples of a composite porous material - foam concrete - are presented. Characteristics of samples studied have been defined by calculation and by the method of mercury intrusion porosimetry with the use of the porosity analyzer "PoreMaster GT". The analysis of results obtained shows that the portion of total volume of pores in cement stone is 0,1-0,3 % of the foam concrete total volume, it changes due to the cement hydration and practically does not influence on heat conductivity transmitted with radiation and mass transfer in cement stone.

    Abstract. A comparative analysis of normative, metrological and mathematical requirements to the reliability of results of surveys of buildings and structures dynamic characteristics is made. The methodical problem of violating the criteria of metrological reliability and mathematical sufficiency of dynamic survey data is considered. The typical scheme of forming measurable vector fields of dynamic loads and dynamic reaction of buildings is analyzed. An assessment of the influence of phase coincidence violation on the reliability of restoration of the true direction of the fluctuation vector is made. The violation of phase coincidence is illustrated with manifestations of the false evolution of directions of the fluctuation vector in the space.

The calculation of an optimum capacity of a refrigeration machine and capacity of cold accumulators with the "water/ice" phase transfer for the use in air-conditioning systems are presented.     Abstract. Basic propositions of the methodology of calculation of enlarged indexes of investments necessary for engineering support of districts of complex reconstruction are presented. It is established, that these indexes calculated for individual districts are higher by 7-15% than analogue indexes defined for groups of adjoining neighbourhoods. Methods of the geoinformation analysis are necessary for determining priorities, developing plans of complex reconstruction and renovating districts of development.

It is established, that FRP rebars with flat winding has better bond characteristics in comparison with steel and FRP rebars with different riffling.
