  • Assessment of Conformity of Real Estate Units Using the System of «Green» Standards on the Example of Yakutsk

    Abstract. The assessment of possibilities and prospects of application of "green" standards to the housing stock of Yakutsk is made. Basic indicators of the sustainable development of municipal units are revealed. Recommendations on the enhancement of sections of the national standard STO NOSTROY 2.35.68-2012 have been developed.

  • The Holy Trinity Cathedral is the First Stone Temple in Yakutsk

    Abstract. Stages of the construction of the Holy Trinity Cathedral building are traced on the grounds of on-site investigations, literary sources and archival documents. The originality of the architectural monument is analyzed. A project proposal for restoration of the historical complex of the Holy Trinity Cathedral has been developed.

  • Civil Buildings of the Late of XIX - Early XX Centuries in the Central Part of Yakutsk

    Abstract. Civil buildings survived in the structure of the central part of the city of Yakutsk and designed by architects - graduates of capitals' educational institutions of the late XIX - early XX centuries are considered. On the basis of study of archival materials and on-site investigations, descriptions of historical buildings with identification of their architectural and structural features are given. Few buildings of the pre-revolutionary epoch became unique, therefore deserve special attention.

  • Results of Inspection of Wooden Structures in Blocks of Flats

    Abstract. Results of the inspection of building wooden structures of apartment buildings in the village of Suntary, Suntarsky District of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, are presented. Technical conditions of foundations, load-bearing wall structures, floors and roofs are considered. Results of the evaluation of physical deterioration of the wooden houses which define these buildings as dilapidated and dangerous are presented; thermotechnical calculations were already wrong at the design stage.

  • Experimental Studies of a Facade Wall Panel

    Abstract. Results of the experimental studies of a facade wall panel are presented. Features of the real work of a junction of a discrete connection with the panel are revealed. The fracture and deformation nature of the panel under load is determined. Results of the experimental studies confirm the practical possibility of using proposed designs as elements of enclosing structures.

    Abstract. Results of the study of heat-shielding properties of a wall fragment in the climatic chamber are presented. Experimental values of temperature along the wall and floor connection in the place of a heat-conducting inclusion are obtained for comparison with calculated values and temperature of dew point. The assessment of calculated and experimental values of resistance to heat transfer of the proposed design of the wall panel in comparison with normative values is made. The reduced resistance to heat transfer of the wall is determined with the use of the program of three-dimensional temperature field calculation.

  • Substantiation of Wall Designs of a Frame House by Heat Efficiency Criteria

    Abstract. Different types of framework designs for low-rise wooden construction are considered. The author's frame design which makes it possible to rationally use the wood and eliminate the effect of "cold bridges" in wall frame panels is presented. A comparative calculation of the required thickness of wall panels of presented designs is made.

    Abstract. An analysis of the causes of collapse of the transport gallery are made; design defects, low cold resistance of steel, low-quality welds are among them. The main reason for collapse is the absence of stiffening ribs in the conjunction of supporting tubes with flanges. Numerous other factors have contributed to the accident; designers, manufacturing plant, builders, and operating organizations must turn attention to them.

    Abstract. An optimized composition of arbolite on the basis of a gypsum-lime-zeolite binder with the use of waste of wood processing industry is considered. Physical and mechanical properties of the material obtained have been determined; it is recommended to use this material for construction of low-rise individual houses and also non-residential premises for agricultural purposes for example.

  • Increase of Sulfate Resistance of Concretes on the Basis of Portland Cement Under Conditions of Yakutia

    Abstract. A possibility of improving the sulfate resistance of Portland cement and optimization of its structure because of introduction of an active mineral additive in the form of burned breed of the Kildyamsky field of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic is considered. It is reasonable to use the developed cement for concrete and reinforced concrete structures of waterworks exposed to sulfate aggression at a variable level of a water table as well as for manufacturing piles, construction of bridge abutments, piers operating in mineralized waters.

  • To Calculation of Brittle Strength of a Tank in Zone of Connection of Pipelines in Case of Tilt

    Abstract. Examples of failures of tanks are considered; main reasons are the tilt and existence of defects of a welded seam in the zone of connection of technological pipelines. Main dependences of the calculation of brittle strength of a structure are presented; they have been developed with the use of data of full-scale studies of tanks and an analysis of their failures.

    Abstract. The expansion of points of a contour of a bottom of cylindrical tanks into a Fourier series makes it possible to select a tilt and relative settlements. The method of such expanding is suggested in general case, that is and for the case of non-uniform arrangement of leveling points along the contour of the tank bottom portion or their odd quantity.

    Abstract. Various methods for determining the wood density are considered. The tests were conducted with the use of an impulse tomography and a drilling device. According to the developed methodology the distribution of wood density along the height and radius of the trunk can be visually presented in the form of charts. This method has some advantages comparing with the density determination by GOST 16483.1.

    Abstract. The study of operation of low-power gas boilers under conditions of the North-East of Russia is presented; this study revealed the influence of outside air coming for burning on the boiler output. The scheme of a gas-air flow path for operation of boilers under conditions of low temperatures has been developed. The imitating mathematical simulation showing the efficiency of this scheme has been conducted.

    Abstract. A problem of ensuring the survivability of building structures is considered. A new construction structure for coverings of buildings, a segmental arch, is presented. Its operation at possible local destructions is shown. It is concluded, that when the most loaded rods are excluded from operation, the system changes statically, but its geometry is not damaged.

    Abstract. Boundary values of the Bauschinger effect for calculation of masonry from large-size ceramic hollow stone are established, and proposals for adjusting the provision of SP 15.13330.2012 concerning the calculation of the masonry made of this material for local compression are made. According to the results of experimental studies, the Bauschinger effect for the scheme of one-side resting of slabs on the large-size ceramic hollow stone masonry has been identified.

    Abstract. Issues of a subjective assessment of microclimatic environment in premises are considered. The need to carry out a subjective experiment in complex form is noted. In the course of evaluation of the main factor considered this makes it possible to take into consideration the indirect influence of other factors which participate together with the main factor in formation of general physical environment in premises. For more complete account of variety of subjective estimates and wider representativeness of subjective experiments results the analysis of study results with due regard for main provisions of the adaptation theory is needed.

Methodical bases of the development of technology of forming and managing reports in the package of application programs "CAD_Construction" are stated; generalized procedure of preparation of the report as a result of the data analysis was developed for this. When developing the structure and functional possibilities of the CAD, principles of implemented module projecting Windows-applications were realized. Designing the CAD user interface was executed with the use of the functional possibilities of a rapid interactive development of applications for Visual FoxPro database management.
