Abstract. Basic provisions of the management methodology of ecological safety of motor transport system of the city are substantiated. As a conceptual basis of the solution of an assigned task the fundamental principles of biospheric compatibility of cities and settlements are used. An algorithm of transformation of a motor transport system into the ecologically safe structure of municipal services is presented.

Abstract. At present the building production intensively develops a new trend: biospheric systems of heat supply for modern buildings and buildings under reconstruction. Therefore, the solution, especially at the project level, for combining biospheric systems in building with the use of energy saving structural elements of external walls of buildings is one of actual. Methods for calculating the reduction of heat losses from the heat exchanger of the heating system through the outer enclosures and also the basic structural conception of heat protection are presented.

Abstract. The current situation with the use of liquid chlorine which is rated as the second toxicological class of hazard for disinfection of various purpose waters is analyzed. A possibility to use sodium hypochlorite as an alternative to chlorine since water solutions of sodium hypochlorite have high antibacterial activity and a wide spectrum of influence on microorganisms is shown.

Abstract. Results of the check calculation of a reinforced concrete panel-fold of the hangar roof of the airport in Kiev at the existing design conception and after changing the design position of tie-strings are presented. An analysis of calculation schemes performed using the SCAD software is presented. The recommendations on changing the operational dimensions of the building without removing the roof structures are made.

Abstract. Methods for laboratory experimental study of strength, stiffness and crack resistance of reinforced concrete composite constructions of oblique sections under the force loading, which make it possible to determine the experimental parameters and to make sure of adequacy of calculating hypotheses are proposed. It is shown, that this methodology makes it possible to obtain valid data on complex stressed-strained state of "shear" sections under study.

Abstract. The methodology of definition of a rational shape of shallow shells on the round plan at different types of loading and ways of resting is considered. Abstract. Results of the test of a centrifugal pump on transporting suspensions of different concentrations depending on suction conditions are presented. A pumping unit protected by a patent for invention which makes it possible to improve the conditions of suction, reduce the value of suction head, and improve the reliability of the unit operation is offered. The influence of suspension concentration on the pumping unit operation is shown; a technical solution for removal of free air from the suspension is offered.

Abstract. The ultimate impact of standardized deviations of sizes of cross-sections of elements of reinforced concrete multistory buildings on normal tensions in cross-section of a column is analyzed. Practically valid maximum (with a probability greater than 99.8%), as well as the limit of possible adverse effect for different defect levels and classes of accuracy is investigated. Assignment of random variations is performed in accordance with the normal distribution. To find the ultimate combinations of standardized variations of geometric parameters the genetic algorithm is used.

Abstract. Up-to-date models and methods of design of multistory buildings on monolithic foundations under conditions of possible development of karst depressions of up to 6 m diameter in the base (in the process of operation) are offered. The aim of calculation in a "linear" arrangement is the determination of necessary strength characteristics of structural elements of a building and cross-sections of reinforcement of foundations ensuring the normal operation of an object in case of formation of a karst depression; in a physically "non-linear" arrangement (at different positions of the karst depression) - the determination of possibility of avalanche-like (progressing) destruction of the building in case of "local" destruction of the base under the foundation.

Abstract. Dependences which make it possible to define technological parameters when designing the soil stabilization and which present simple formulas convenient for practical engineering calculations are obtained. There are two parts of dependences: dimensional and dimensionless. The dimensional part of all dependences obtained from different sources is reduced to a uniform type. The dimensionless part is presented by a dimensionless argument - a radius which expresses the regularity of variation of the radius of spreading of mortar in the soil in time.

Abstract. A brief review of innovative technologies and equipment for welding and cutting demonstrated at the 12th International Exhibition "Weldex/Ðîññâàðêà 2012" is done. The main features and advantages of the use of plasma welding and cutting are considered. The compact power equipment of inverter type and equipment for plasma welding and cutting are of great practical interest.
