- Transition from Licensing to Self-Regulation in Construction Industry

Abstract. Organizational-management aspects of the self-regulation in construction are considered. A comparison of two basic legislative acts, the Federal Law "On Self-Regulatory Organizations" and the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, is made. Discrepancies in their texts are shown.

Abstract. The spatial work of orthogonal cross beams on rectangular plans with different aspect ratios and different ratios of flexural rigidity is analyzed. Design analytical formulas are proposed. Minimum values ??of moments of inertia of rolled I-beams have been defined on the basis of the maximum allowable rate of deflection.

Abstract. The properties of lightweight masonry mortars with hollow glass microspheres and antifreeze admixtures are considered. These mortars are intended for construction of cladding structures made of efficient small components in the winter period. The compositions of lightweight mortars have been designed; their technological properties have been studied. Physical-mechanical characteristics of lightweight mortars formed both at positive and negative temperatures have been determined and analyzed. Optimization of the compositions has been carried; their structures have been defined.

Abstract. The processes taking place in the foam mass under the effect of a hydro-heat-force field are analyzed. The foam mass treatment technology making it possible to obtain foam concretes of higher strength with D500 density and less is offered. Owing to reducing the capillary porosity, this technology also makes it possible to reduce the water absorption of material and, as a result, to improve its frost resistance.

Abstract. To join a purlin to roofing sandwich panels self-tapping bolts are used. It is proposed to make such joints with the use of blind rivets which have certain advantages. Features of calculation and design of connections with blind rivets are considered. Methods of the engineering calculation of rigidity of the purlin's connection with the sandwich panel are presented.

Abstract. The influence of plasma-chemical treatment of a mixed iron oxide pigment on the strength properties of the secondary polyolefins is considered. It is shown that the surface modification of pigments in the plasma-chemical reactor increases the strength of building materials based on polyolefins.

Abstract. A new value of the wood elasticity modulus along the grains is introduced into the RD 64. 13330 when designing wooden structures. The author shows that the new value of the elasticity modulus augments values of coefficients j and x, and at the same time reduces the value of deforming bending moment that, at the stage of calculation according to new norms, leads to reduction in reliability of structures.

Abstract. The use of gas concrete in the complex system of plaster facades with heat insulation which include cellular concretes is considered. The substantiation of the concept of development of monolithic cellular concrete technology, including the systems of façade insulation for low-rise construction is presented. The thermal resistance of a structure defined experimentally and by calculation is 3,98 m2·°Ñ/W that corresponds to normative requirements.

Abstract. Results of the monitoring of simulation of heat insulating materials work in the structures of a flat roof and ventilated and plaster facades are stated. It is established, that the maximum effect on properties of items and their stability is exerted by the strength of mineral wool slabs in the course of compression in the structures of flat roofs, by pull strength of layers - in structures of plaster facades, by air permeability and grains erosion - in structures of ventilated facades. Data obtained make it possible to substantiate the reasonability of using slabs of double density on the basis of mineral wool in the studied structures.

Abstratc. Results of the study of modification of water glass compositions are presented. The use of belite hardeners (ferrochromium slag and Portland cement) enhances the ecological compatibility, water-resistance and strength of products on the basis of these binders. Tetrafurfuryloxysilane dissociated in alkaline mediums into furyl spirit and amorphoussilica, which compacts the structure of the composition, is used as an additive in polymersilicate compositions.

Abstract. When designing structures, statically indeterminate systems in particular, with the use of a computer it is not always possible to verify calculations. Results of the work connected with the derivation and analysis of ready made formulas for calculation of statically indeterminate rafter systems are presented. The use of these formulas makes it possible to exercise control over computer-aided calculations and as well as quickly calculate internal forces (a bending moment, transverse and longitudinal forces) of all points of the structure and determine the reaction of supports and linear displacements. Correctness of formulas presented has been verified with the help of the software complex "SCAD".

Abstract. Approaches to the assessment of bearing capacity of vaulted steel-concrete coverings are considered. It is proposed to account the bearing capacity of cylindrical concrete vaults in the structure of steel-concrete coverings for constructive decisions with a spacing of secondary beams over 1.4 m. Abstract. Results of the study of ceramic blocks "Izotereks" with cells filled with mineral wool inserts are presented. A wall fragment with plaster layers has the reduced total thermal resistance equal to 2,32 m2°C/W under operating conditions B. The similar fragment of a wall with an additional facing brick layer under the same humidity service conditions has Roïð = 2,95 m2°C/W. The experimental value of the factor of heat conductivity of the masonry is 0,19 W/(m°Ñ).

Abstract. An innovative design of a cold accumulator principally different from the known domestic and foreign analogs has been developed. The operation of the cold accumulator is based on the use of heat of the phase transition (freezing) of water. The use of cold accumulators in air-conditioning systems makes it possible to bring down the cost of a live cycle of a building, to reduce costs for electricity, as well as reduce initial investments in equipment and connection of power capacities.
