    The role of higher school and science in creation of an innovation system is defined as the most important one integrating education, science, and high-tech production. One of the main tasks of the transition to this system is a creation of an adequate innovation infrastructure ensuring the effective commercialization of knowledge. The article considers the peculiarities of creation of elements of the innovation infrastructure of a new university - small innovative enterprises of construction profile, as well as the main problems in achieving the normative legal base and possible ways of their solution.

  • The Use of Technology of Space Sensing of the Earth for Management of Geographically Distributed Objects

    The issues of practical application of space sensing technology to improve the management, control and supervision over the geographically distributed objects are considered. A possibility of monitoring the actual use of lands of the municipalities on the basis of satellite data is estimated.     It is shown that the technical condition of large-panel buildings of 1-464VM series in Yakutsk, which constitute a significant proportion of the housing stock is assessed as extremely unsatisfactory. The article presents the materials of inspection of this series buildings, analyzes the dynamics of damages and considers the shortcomings of a constructive decision.

    In the course of compilation of the data base forming a part of the knowledge base, the systematization and classification of data on damages and failures of vertical steel tanks (VST) have been made. On the basis of the knowledge base main combinations of defects typical for operation of VST at low temperatures and under the conditions of permafrost soils have been established. The article considers the calculations of stressed-strained state of tanks at different combinations of the most significant defects and damages. Results obtained can be used for prediction of the technical state of operating tanks.

  • Assessment of Conditions of Frost Formation Inside Cooling Pipes of a System of Ground Bases Freezing

    A task of prediction of conditions of frost formation inside the tubes of an air freezing system is considered. For assessment of such possibility the empirical rule according to which the temperature of a surface flown round by air must be above the due point is used. The method offered can be used for any set of initial data (climatic information on air humidity and temperature) including the temperature of the ground base being cooled.

    Main factors influencing on the rate of hydrogen-sulfide corrosion of reinforced concrete sewers have been defined. The dependence making it possible to take into account the concrete density in terms of water tightness parameter W when calculating the theoretical hydrogen-sulfide corrosion rate has been obtained. Research has been conducted on an operating sewer in order to estimate a possibility of forecasting its corrosion rate.

The technology assumes supply of drinking water from low-power reservoir.     The states the results of examination of the condition of carrying constructions in industrial premises of constructions in enterprises. Among then, cover slabs, rafter and subrufter farms and columns. It also states reasons for durability loss of many cover slabs in both normal and inclined sections, as well as reasons for durability loss of other mentioned constructions. It cites facts not directly considered in construction calculations, but providing combined work of cover elements, which prevents total collapse in case when carrying capacity of some elements is exhausted.

    The article is devoted to actual for our country problems of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency of buildings and structures. The basic directions of scientific works conducted on order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are presented: they are the use of renewable sources of energy; saving of energy resources; engineering support of buildings and structures due to the use of alternative energy of utilization of secondary energy resources and renewable energy sources, as well as the main provisions of architectural and construction solutions of joints of enclosing structures of buildings combined with solar collectors.

    Results of the tests of reinforced concrete beams without lateral reinforcement with destruction of a compressed zone as a result of shear at various longitudinal reinforcements are presented.     The article considers the main issues of the organization of installation of curtain facade systems in the course of reconstruction of residential and public buildings. The necessity of development of organizational and technological documents making it possible to efficiently conduct construction works is substantiated. The basic document in this case is a site work execution scheme. Particular attention is paid to quality control. The variants of organizational and technological decisions that make it possible to optimize the technical and economic indicators are presented.
